Targeted Priority Funding Opportunity

Children’s Services Council of St. Lucie County is issuing this Targeted Priority Funding Opportunity (TPFO) to identify qualified Providers who are capable of implementing a strategy to reduce infant mortality and increase access to prenatal care.

Funding available for this priority is up to $200,000 for the period of October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020. No strategy will be funded for 100% of expenses. Applying agencies will need to demonstrate buy in to the strategy. The selected strategy will be funded on a monthly reimbursement basis and will be required to submit quarterly outcome and demographic reports as detailed in the annual contract.
