Priority Funding Opportunity: Stopping Child Abuse

The Children’s Services Council is opening its priority area “Stopping Child Abuse” for the 2022-2023 funding year.

In our continuing efforts to improve the quality of life for ALL children in St. Lucie County, the Children’s Services Council is releasing the priority area “Stopping Child Abuse” proposal application for the 2022-2023 funding year.

The Priority Funding Opportunity proposal application requires applying agencies to demonstrate how their proposed program’s primary focus and program impact (outcomes) are directly aligned with the community indicator, Child Maltreatment.

Proposals will be submitted via our online platform, The Hub. A Technical Assistance Session will be provided via Zoom on Wednesday, December 7 for all interested parties. Proposals will be due by Noon on Friday, January 13, 2023.

Funding for programs selected will begin October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024. Program funding is on a monthly reimbursement basis. Additionally, funded programs will be required to submit outcome and demographic reports as detailed in the program contract.

Additional information is available via our Funding Opportunities page on our website. Please contact a member of the Children's Services Council Program Team if you have any questions.
